GOODMAN`S MEAT ALPHABET: TO THE BASICS OF CULINARY SKILLS
This season, the GOODMAN steak house has prepared an incredibly delicious surprise for its guests ... Our Chef has developed an absolutely unique format for the new meat menu of the GOODMAN steak house. We like to experiment by using alternative cuts to prepare new dishes, or to prepare favorite dishes from childhood only from marble beef, giving them a new meaning. We have so many ideas and recipes that we decided to collect them all and create our own alphabet. GOODMAN`s Meat Alphabet.
On the first pages of Meat Alphabet guests are offered light snacks. First of all - a salad with chicken liver (169 UAH). Crispy lettuce leaves, tender chicken liver, ripe persimmon slices, dried cranberries, pine nuts and Dorblu cheese - this mix will be the ideal beginning of the dinner. For fans of dietary rabbit meat, we cooked crispy bruschettes with rabbit pate, rucola leaves, frieze salad and sun-dried tomatoes.
Real men from the meat menu is going to get the most satisfying dish - "Hunter`s Snack " (229 UAH). This is a large hot frying pan, on which grilled pieces of sausage and pork breast, potato wedges, white mushrooms and honey agarics are still fried and grilled; moreover, jerky tomatoes and pickles create a piquant taste.
For lunch, as a first course, we suggest you try a rich bean soup with sausages, pork breast and lentils (99 UAH). For connoisseurs of high cuisine, we will offer fried duck fillet with foie gras, served on a cushion of apple confit and seasoned with sweet berry sauce (489 UAH).
