New classics: GOODMAN meat alphabet burgers
For Americans, a burger associates with a taste of family holidays with barbecue in the backyard. For us, it is still a gastronomic innovation, and nothing prevents us from experiencing vivid taste impressions over and over again. At GOODMAN, we want these impressions to always stay fresh, so we’ve added two burgers cooked according to original recipes to our Meat alphabet.
In “Burger Steak” we put juicy “Ribeye” of Ukrainian origin. Like a classic steak, it is flavoury, with uniform streaks and soft texture. Fried slices of bacon and pickled gherkins give it a pleasant crunch, and a bit of freshness come from a leaf of lettuce, a tomato and fresh onions.
Usually even salt is avoided in the stuffing, in order to keep it original texture. Looking for a new taste, we omitted this detail and got an incredibly tasty burger, made from a special mince stewed with Satsebeli sauce. Its texture is completely different, but it perfectly balances with a crispy bun, cheddar cheese, juicy cabbage salad, tomato and vinaigrette sauce. This burger turned out to be delictae, juicy and savory.
Both dishes are served with golden fries and two sauces - hunting and mayonnaise.
