Spring in the GOODMAN steakhouse was marked by the release of the second part of the Meat Alphabet, which immediately won the hearts of the most demanding gourmets. Especially for connoisseurs of meat delights, we will tell you in detail about the main dishes of the special offer.
To begin acquaintance with meat delicacies of the GOODMAN’s Meat Alphabet we suggest with a classical steak "Ribai" (399 grn), which became legendary due to exceptional softness and a sufficiently rich taste. Served steak with baked zucchini and Provencal herbs. Our sommelier recommends accompanying this steak with a bottle of red Spanish Raiza Tempranillo (399 UAH).
Fans of soft beef tenderloin should try the "Fillet Mignon" with air mashed potatoes and spinach puree and spicy sauce unagi (399 UAH). To this steak, our sommelier recommends the red Italian Rosso di Toscana, which is distinguished by a fresh and soft taste (599 UAH).
Delicate texture steak "New York" (399 UAH), dense meat and pronounced beef taste is conquered from the first piece. The chief has added this steak broccoli, baby carrots and a creamy sauce with blue cheese. The unique taste of this dish perfectly emphasizes the rich Chilean red dry Carmenere Reserva (599 UAH).
A bright representative of premium steaks "Cowboy" (599 UAH), which is served with grilled corn and cherry tomatoes, has a pronounced marble texture and an unusual nutty aftertaste. To this steak we recommend ordering a bottle of South African Pinotage Cape Spring (399 UAH), which will complement the taste of meat with piquant notes of spices and a touch of fruit.
To finish our trip on the Alphabet we recommend this man's steak "Ti-Bon", which combines at once two kinds of meat: gentle tenderloein and rich striplone.
